Are you looking for the perfect sweet gift for your loved ones? Then a gift card from Ole & Steen would be the perfect choice.
There are two ways to purchase a gift card:
1. If you don't have our app downloaded, then please download.
2. You can buy and send a digital gift card to your loved ones directly through our app. Go to "order", then click on "gifts and gift cards".
To use your giftcard, the recipient must have our app downloaded. The digital gift card can be used in all our stores or via Click & Collect. Then the recipient can choose freely between their favorite products.

YOU CAN ACTIVATE YOUR GIFT CARD IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
Once you activate your gift card via the app, the gift card is then added as a payment option, ready for you to spend in-store or when placing a Click & Collect order.
You will be able to check the balance of your gift card at any time, by clicking on ‘More’
Pay with gift cards via Click & Collect: When a Click & Collect order is placed, a payment slider appears at the bottom of the screen when payment is due. By clicking the card icon, it will be possible to choose between added payment cards, if the recipient has already activated their digital gift card, it will then also be possible to choose gift card.
Pay in store with app: When the recipient arrives at the store, the recipient must scan in at the till via our app. The payment will now be sent to your app, then like above, the digital gift card must be selected via the slider.
If the amount of the goods exceeds the amount available on the gift card, the remaining amount can also be paid via the associated payment card in our app.
