We bake fresh Danish pastries taking authentic recipes from Danish baking traditions and craftsmanship, creating quality breads, cakes, and pastries with a modern and innovative approach. Besides being a NYC bakery destination, we are also a top-notch coffee shop. We have highly skilled baristas in each of our stores that will welcome you in for a cup of coffee - regardless of whether you choose to enjoy it inside our shop, near Church Street or take your coffee to go.

We’re proud of our traditional Danish baking, and as one of the few Scandinavian bakeries in NYC, we always set the bar high in everything we do; from the atmosphere in our stores, the ingredients used in our Danish pastries, breads, and cakes, and the craftsmanship from our bakers who bake all day and night so that our products are always fresh from our ovens to accommodate the high expectations from our guests as they walk through the doors to our stores.
