SPRING AT LAST
The days are getting longer, the air is getting warmer, and our bakery is filled with the flavors of Easter season. This month, we’re bringing you a delicious lineup of springtime favorites, perfect for celebrations and for the fresh beginnings of spring.

CHICKEN OR THE EGG?
Peep our new Easter Egg Muffin and Passionfruit Chick Puff, perfect additions to your holiday table. Our classic carrot muffin is topped with cream cheese frosting and chocolate Easter eggs. Traditional Danish Marshmallow Puffs, or flødeboller, are filled with a delicious passionfruit ganache, dipped in white chocolate, and rolled in coconut flakes. These treats are almost too cute to eat.
HOT CROSS BUNS
This year, we're bringing back our hot cross buns. These soft, spiced buns are topped with light icing and are available individually or in packs of six—only for a limited time!


Lemon Lavender Slice
Our Lemon Lavender Slice layers bright, citrusy lemon curd inside a tender shortcrust pastry, rolled and baked until golden. It’s finished with a light lavender glaze and a scattering of edible flowers for a gentle floral note. Delicate but flavorful, it’s a fresh, seasonal bake that leans into the softer side of spring.
