Our bakers are up early in the morning at our bakeries located in NYC to bake freshly made bread, so you don’t have to. All our breads are made from our 100+ year old sourdough starter which ensure that all our breads always have the same distinct taste, structure and crumb that we think the best breads should have. This includes all our Danish rye breads and all our sourdough breads, we put time and quality ingredients into our breads, this makes all the difference and hopefully the taste reflects this.
